Roadside Cottage, Sandbank

Roadside Cottage is located in the small village of Sandbank just outside Dunoon. Our small upper flat is situated on the corner of Holy Loch Marina. An excellent base for all that Argyll and the Cowal Peninsula has to offer. Dunoon and Argyll have lots to offer to keep you busy during your stay, alternatively it's also perfectly suited for just relaxing and getting away from it all. Roadside Cottage is our family holiday home, so has all the bits and pieces you would expect. A fully stocked kitchen, pots, pans, utensils, gadgets and nespresso coffee machine. The kitchen has a fridge and small freezer, electric cooker and microwave. Please note there is no washing machine or dishwasher. Good wifi through the whole house, there is also access to a Playstation and iPod dock in the kitchen. Access to the flat is up a small set of steps round the back of Roadside Cottage. There is no shared entrance but are two small sets of stairs up to the property that are not best suited to those with mobility problems. Guest can park anywhere within the space outside the cottage, (driveway). Kris is available on (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) if needed. Sandbank is a quiet little village on the edges of Dunoon. The flat sits right on the front of Holy Loch Marina providing lovely views of Holy Loch. A lovely respite away from busy living whether it's chucking it down or glorious sunshine. Parking is allowed anywhere in the driveway, (anywhere there is a space). There are regular buses from Sandbank into Dunoon and surrounding areas but driving is definately the better way to get around. We have taken all the precautions advised through air bnb and the ASSC regarding COVID. There are checklists in the property that explain the extent of our cleaning and what has and hasn't been sanitised. Our cleaners are very well versed in COVID cleaning and have passed all the required courses to clean to the necessary standard. All beds are laundered and clean duvets/pillows/pillow protectors/mattress protectors are provided before each guest arrives. There are notices throughout the property stating which items have been cleaned but not necessarily sanitised. You are free to use these items but understand that they have not been sanitised. Antibacterial hand wash and hand sanitiser are available in the property.
