Fantastic spacious room with balcony at Villa!!!

Villa Calvi is an 18th century manor/Villa located on the hills of lago Maggiore in Piedmont,Italy, about one hour and 15 minutes from Milano and about 50 minutes from Malpensa Airport. It directly overlooks the lake and is about 10 minutes away from various sports activities like tennis, golf, mountain bike, horse riding, sailing etc. It boasts a beautiful park, with a waterfall for amazing walks. It has a big veranda with a gazebo where to enjoy a great prosecco or a nice dinner. A historical place opens the doors to its Guests and offers its treasure - a room at Villa Calvi where in June, 1859 the General Giuseppe Garibaldi spent overnight with his sons. The room is absolutely marvellous and specious with its own little terrace which opens You a breathtaking view at the Park, mountains and Lake. Apart the double bed it also has a big sofa and a working area. Staying in this room brings our Guests an unforgettable emotions and memories. The room is totally private with the key lock. I will always be available to welcome guests when not travelling, in my absence there will be very dedicated people to host You. Nevertheless i will always be reachable on my phone or messages. The neighbourhood is very quite and charming, right in the heart of an old village, with about 3 restaurants within 5 minutes walk, or if by car, 15 minutes to the city of Verbania which has a lot of culinary places. One issue to highlight is the presence of the belfry, which for those who are not accustomed might sound disturbing at night. For those who love nature , the Val Grande and Villa Taranto are a must see, while the city of Verbania offers all the curiosities, lake walks that one expects from an Italian lake city. The room is located on the second floor of the Villa. The bathroom is next door. Also occasional usage of the kitchen is possible, fridge is available to be used with no restrictions.
