The Green taxi is used most of the time by tourists and can be a bit more expensive than the yellow taxies. Expect to pay between 100 to 200 Dalasis from LA LODGE to Senegambia Be prepared to be sharing your taxi with others, unless you say to the driver you want to do a Town Trip to were ever it is you want to go to, so you don't have to share your taxi. There's also buses here, which the locals call Van, which is for public transportation. Cost from LA LODGE to Senegambia would be about 8 Dalasis but be prepared for it to be quite tightly packed with the locals. As it's small. LA LODGE was previously called Adji Lodge and is now under new management. L is for Linda and A is for Alex. Linda is from UK/London. And originally from Liverpool. Alex is a fellow Gambian. We are in the process of upgrading everything bit by bit to make the place a lovely place to be in. Linda has a disabled son Michael, who uses a wheelchair. So one of the first priorities was to try and make every where wheelchair accessible for anyone to get about in the premises.
