Fantastic family home with ocean views and pool. Short level walk to North Curl Curl Beach. Close to cafes, shops and parks making it a great location for a relaxed beach break. Downstairs has a lovely open plan kitchen and living space which opens out on to the deck, garden and pool. The outside area is fully fenced and very family friendly. There are double height windows so all the internal space is very light and bright Main lounge has TV, Foxtel and Netflicks available. There is a separate spacious lounge area/playroom opening on to a sun drenched courtyard. TV and Foxtel available. Downstairs toilet and separate laundry. Laundry room with washing machine opens to an outdoor drying area. The outside deck has a 6 seater table and chairs as well as BBQ. There is also a comfortable seated area with outdoor sofa and 2 x armchairs for relaxing. We have 2 sun loungers down by the pool to chill out on. Upstairs there is an oversized master suite with balcony and ocean views. There is seating out on the balcony so you can soak up the view. Ensuite with double sink and large shower. 3 more bedrooms all with built in wardrobes. Bedroom 2 is a twin room with 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 has 2 king single beds (one is a comfortable high trundle). Opens on to individual balcony Bedroom 4 has a single bed, desk nook and opens on to an individual balcony. Family bathroom with bath and separate shower. Access to beach equipment such as body boards and kids toys, please advise if you require these. We are in a lovely family orientated area so are considerate of our neighbours and guests are asked to respect the house and keep the noise down especially at night. We don't allow parties but do want people to enjoy the space as a relaxing break. The entire place is yours except for the wardrobe in the master bedroom (there are 3 other wardrobes in bedroom 2, 3 & 4 available to you) and lock up garage. There is a gated front drive way though providing plenty of space to park 2 cars. Guests will have a point of contact to assist with anything during their stay. Check In/Out may be done using a lock box system. North Curl Curl is a wonderful relaxed beach suburb. There are cafes, shops, parks, beaches and an ocean swimming pool all within walking distance. Freshwater is minutes away and Dee Why is just over the hill offering many more amenities and activities. Iconic Manly is only 10 minutes drive. Close to public transport, bus stop 1 min walk away. 15 minutes on the bus to world famous Manly. Less than 5 minutues over to Dee Why on the bus. From Manly you can get the ferry to Sydney which takes 20min. Baby equipment can be arranged with prior notice, ie travel cot, toys
