This is a large 4 bed house with gardens to the rear and front . Off street parking for 2 cars . Large rear garden with patio area , BBQ and summerhouse with bar . Fabulous views out over the Firth of Forth , Arthur's Seat and Edinburgh Castle Whitehill Village is situated 7 miles from the centre of Edinburgh and is a convenient location for exploring the central belt ( the borders, Glasgow , Stirling , Perth ) to name but a few . The property is also located on a direct bus route into Edinburgh . The town of Dalkeith is a mile down the road with Tesco, Lidl and Morrison's for groceries , McDonalds is also situated next to Tesco . Fort Kinnaird is 5 miles away with a range of large stores ( Primark , M&S, TK Max, Boots, Next , JD Sports , H&M plus many more ) There are a range of restaurants in Dalkeith offering all sorts of cuisine . Gigi's restaurant in Bonnyrigg and The Stair Arms Hotel are recommended . Newly renovated it boast a large livingroom , huge kitchen dinner with bifolds out onto a patio area with table and chairs for bifold dining , 2 bathrooms , one with bath and separate waterfall shower, 4 bedrooms , 2 of which are large with king sized beds , the other 2 are smaller with double beds . There are steep stairs taking you to the upstairs level . With a pretty garden to the front , off street parking for 2 cars and large rear garden with a seating area , dining area , BBQ area as well as a summerhouse with bar . The property is available Saturday to Saturday for 7 or 14 night stays . It's a maximum of 6 guests ( no same sex groups ) this is a family holiday home , so it is only available to families There will be a security bond of £100 taken which will be refunded when the house is left without breakages or damage . It's £100 deposit with the balance due 6 weeks before your stay Payment is by bank transfer Check in - 3pm Departure - 11am Bedding is provided Owners stays in the village This is a quiet village on the outskirts of Dalkeith , guests need to be respectful to neighbours This property is on the direct bus route into Edinburgh 7 miles away . There are also train stations nearby Please note we only accept families
