It is just in front of a crystal clear beach and 500 meters from the beautiful beach of Monolithion. It's a cozy place, near Preveza city(about 6min), 20min from Aktion Internation airport. This house with sea view is also a cross location near by many beautiful summer destinations you need to visit in a short vacation time. Lefkas island 25min with the best worldwide known beaches, Parga about 50min, Acheron river 30min, just 5min to the anchent Nicopolis side and museum! And many more to explore! You have the whole 2 floor house, outside small garden space and private parking! Iam available for any help due to sms or email if asked. Quiet neighborhood, near a small Greek taverna with garden and playing space for kids to which you can walk about 3 min. Suitable for families, not away from the city of Preveza! You have your private parking area but also Mytikas is an easy area to find parking place also to drive and park. The beach of Monolithos is 500meters away from the house and you need to drive there, also a small organized beach near the house just 2 min walk. If you want to explore Preveza city its 10 min drive, 2 free parking areas in the town! You need to know that you do not need your car for your everyday beach time. Just walk fromthe house and the beach is after the next parallel road. 2 min walk!!!! Free umbrella and sun chairs and also Cafe for beverages to serve you on the beach !
