This cute and comfy two bedroom house, available as a house or as a room depending on the season and availability, as we are using it as our holiday home. The house can accomodate 6 people as we have two double beds and 2 singles. The house has top floor with en suite , 2 kitchens, bbq and a lovely fig tree.My place is 800m away from the sea. You’ll love my place because of the views, and the location . The place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big group Lovely fig tree provides figs throughout long summers, bbq for outdoor entertainment, lovely air currents suitable for people with lung problems as the climate is a cross between Mediterranean and continental.also if the lights are completely switched off you can experience one of the most amazing starry night on the northern hemisphere.before the electrification came into this area of Montenegro we spent 15 years with no electricity. do i need to say that these years were the most exciting and amazing years in my life. If you are sophisticated urbanite, this place is not for you. It will suite a family or a group of friends or individuals who wants to escape from urban buzz.The place is laid-back, close enough to the beach yet away from the dazzle of modern living. Depending on the reservation guests have access to the whole house or the top floor apartment with the use of small kitchen. use of bbq and the top floor terrace As often as we need.the communication will be either with me Zaga,I own the house, my daughter Violeta or Tafo, the person who is looking after the house who will meet and greet you in our absence.We are fast and good communicators so anything that you need about please let us know. I am accessible via video communication if I am not around. the place is bang in the nature, so you will have plenty option to observe different bugs, plants and enjoy unspoilt music of crickets.The place is great for kids or adults who value escape from the busy life.At first you might be suprised but after few days you will love it and would not want to leave.This happened to us.))) There is plenty to see, from long walks to the local villages of Kunje, Gorane, to Skadar Lake, visit to Ostrog Monastery or if you miss urban feel elegant Bar and Oriental Ulcinj can satisfy you fully. You might want to see Old Bar as well or go to the nudist oasis on Ada Bojana. There is also Vladimir and Samsko Lake. For cheap and super friendly drinks we recommend The Corner in Bar(Marsala Tita Street), Cevapcici at Meraja in Ulcinj(near the bus station) , Best fish restaurant, Ribar, with an amazing view in Pecurice,near Utjeha) and Crmnicko vino, wine from area Crmnica near Skadar. The mountainous area is very good for mountain biking. Children will love Long Beach near Ulcinj. There are also three restaurant and one caffe in Utjeha, we can vouch for Utjeha restaurant. Please note that the water is collected rain water and we are careful about how much we use it. We recommend the same to you.Also without industrial sewage system we avoid throwing paper in the toilet instead we advise the guest to put it in the covered paper bowl next to the toilet.
