South Durras Beach Cottage

This fully renovated original family cottage is ideal for a family or a handful of friends who would like a break in a quiet, relaxed, comfortable cottage, within 50 metres of the beach. The Cottage is light with timber floors throughout. It is very clean and comfortable. The Cottage includes: - open-plan living, dining and kitchen space with reverse cycle air conditioning - 3 bedrooms – sleeps 6 people: - 2 Queen bedrooms - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Note: two bedrooms have reverse cycle air conditioning. - 2 bathrooms upstairs and a separate loo - separate laundry with additional shower (for after beach), with washing machine and dryer - large outdoor deak with BBQ and outdoor dining - cosy front deck - single garage connected to the house - fully enclosed yard - rear double garage & rear lane access The modern kitchen is very well equipped – with essential items in the pantry. There is a dishwasher, microwave & water is filtered in the kitchen. Linen is supplied but please bring beach gear As such none of South Durras is connected to ‘town’ water and sewerage our water comes from rainwater tanks (please use the water carefully) and there is a septic system. 2 night minimum booking except for the following: - long weekends - 3 night minimum - Christmas/January - 6 nights minimum stay - Easter - 4 night minimum stay over Easter days or if booking starts or finishes on any of the 'Easter' days (ie 'Maundy' Thursday to Easter Monday inclusive). The pricing is based on 6 people staying in the cottage. House rules No smoking please Check in after 2pm Check out after 10am late / later on request Please – no loud parties or excessive noise – this is a quiet area Not suitable for pets. When you leave, please leave the Cottage in a good and tidy condition, empty rubbish and compost and clean the BBQ when you leave.
