My children have said the unit is situated 15 minutes from everywhere, a slight exaggeration but not by much. The Perth CBD, major freeways, domestic and international airports are all close by and easily accessed by car or public transport. So are many shops,restaurants, cafes and drinking holes. Two people can comfortably enjoy this room that accesses the main bathroom for the home. The double bed has a futon mattress and feather and down comforter. Other features of the room are a large wardrobe, TV and DVD and air conditioner and ceiling fan. Free Internet/wifi access is available throughout the apartment. Well equipped kitchen is available for use, tea and coffee free during stay along with continental breakfast daily. The unit is close to all forms of public transport. A quick 2-3 minute walk to Shepparton Road or Albany Highway will access regular buses, and a 5 minute walk will get you to the Victoria Park Train Station with access to the Armadale Train route. The Victoria Park station is 4 stops from Perth city train station where you can interchange to all major train lines. Airport access is easy, taxi fares from the domestic or international terminals will cost between $25-30, and take approx 20 minutes. Or you can catch bus number 37, and hop off at the Canning Highway interchange and grab any bus up Shepparton Rd asking the driver to let you off at Ursula Frayne College. The unit is 2 minutes away. Guests will have access to the whole apartment, including bathroom, the kitchen, laundry and lounge/dining room. My home is completely non smoking. And the only room off limits is mine. As I have travelled extensively myself I would like to open my home to others. I enjoy the company of people so am happy to play host/guide to showcase my beautiful home town Perth to guests when I am not working or at play with my own friends. The unit is close to lots of amenities, restaurants, hotels, supermarkets and shops. The casino is a short walk and the city a 25 minute easy walk. Both the domestic and international airports are $25-30 ride away. Central to most of what you want to see and do. Public transport via train and buses is both good and frequent, as well as within easy walking distance.
