Very nice wooden chalet 50m2,near Annecy

The chalet is perfect for a couple or a family , ideally located between lakes and mountains and only 15 kms or so from Annecy and Aix-Les-Bains. The Bauges Massif offers lots of activities like cross-country and downhill skiing , biking or horse riding ….. You will take the most of a wonderful view on the Semnoz Mountain as well as the peacefulness of the village (Héry-Sur-Alby) , while being really close to the town and all its services. Only a few minutes from the mortorway Chambéry-Annecy-Geneva , you'll be able to reach very quickly plenty of tourist sites such as Chamonix Mont Blanc , the Chartreuse Massif , Switzerland ….. The chalet is fully equipped , including sheets and cleaning product …Tea, coffee , chocolate , sugar available . The chalet has a covered car park in front and an access to the garden where you can eat . If you need information for your visits or rides , do not hesitate to ask , if you want to use a washing machine or if something is missing. Our residential neighbourhood is overlooking the Chéran Valley and a local path is going past the house.In the village , there is a very nice café "l'Alibi", where you can eat traditional food (lunchtime only) and sometimes listen to a concert or watch a football game . You will also enjoy bathing or fishing in the Chéran river …. TGV line Paris -Aix les Bains-Geneva (20mn from the house) , Motorway access (5 mn) , bus line to Annecy ( 3mn) , Geneva airport (40 mn)
