This house is grade 1 listed building situated next to a beautiful Georgian square in a historical waterside neighbourhood. Each room is furnished with care based on feedback from previous guests and the décor reflects my travels round the globe so this is not an identikit corporate space. The house is spread over 5 floors so there is plenty of space to relax with all the comforts of home. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fan oven, coffee maker, in fact everything you need for a great stay. There are views of Liverpool waterfront and cathedrals to the rear of the property and the town hall and gardens of Hamilton square to the front. There are two bathrooms and an additional toilet. The large Insta worthy family bathroom is straight out of home and garden and you will be able to relax in the roll top bath under a crystal chandelier. There is a small courtyard garden with hot tub which are great after a day exploring the city or nearby beaches. There are 4 smart TVs with Netflix etc. and superfast fibre broadband. The dining room seats 10. This is one of the few houses in the Liverpool area with the Superhost status able to host groups. This is a hard won status gained by consistent excellent reviews, excellent communication and check in and of course being spotlessly clean. The house is spread over 5 floors with a fully equipped kitchen. There is a cosy courtyard garden with hot tub . There is on street parking with a single parking permit and free on street parking 2 minutes’ walk away. There is also a secure car park 3 minutes’ walk away costing £ 1 per day weekends and £ 2 midweek. I can meet you personally at the house so just ring the bell. I will explain how heating , fire alarms and other appliances work and check and sign the inventory. I have a flat just across the square and am contactable throughout the stay should there be any issues. I am also happy to help with any advice prior to the stay. My Listing is one of the few Superhost listings in the Liverpool area able to accommodate groups. Hamilton square is a beautiful peaceful Georgian square and gardens , surrounded by historic buildings. The immediate area is full of history with a medieval monastery as well as the Georgian square and the. Art Deco architecture of the Mersey Tunnels . Its a few minutes walk from the waterfront and the famous ferry across the Mersey. The view from the waterfront is stunning. There is a metro station on the square with trains making the 3 minute journey to Liverpool every few minutes. There are bars and restaurants in the streets around the square including award winning real ale pubs a microbrewery with onsite tap room as well as live music venues. The latest addition is Woodside food market with a range of excellent restaurants, good value food and a fantastic view of the Liverpool Waterfront. There are trains to Liverpool Waterfront Journey time is 2 minutes walk to the metro then a 3 minutes train journey with trains leaving every few minutes. It's a 7 minute journey from Lime Street again trains leaving every few minutes . A one day travel pass for bus , trains and ferries costs £5.30. A taxi to the city centre cost about £10 and takes 10 minutes. There is free on street parking after 6.30 and there is a single 2 hour residence parking permit. 3 minutes walk away is a commercial car park charging £1 perday weekends in addition there is also free on street parking again 2 minutes walk away. There are 5 floors so lots of stairs. We are across the river from Liverpool but there are fast and frequent connections to take you straight to Liverpoo city centre in 5 minutes.
