Wonderful Room with Sea View

Beautiful and quite private bedroom with complete and modern private bathroom en-suite. Excellent location in Estoril, 5 minutes walking from the beaches, Casino and train station and 15 minutes walking from the village of Cascais. Golf Courses in the surrounded area and nice spots for surf. Beautiful and big bedroom with en-suite bathroom, inserted in the charming apartment where the hostess lives. The room has 24 square meters of area and a large double bed. Awesome sea view and great location in the noble region of Estoril and Cascais Coast. The apartment is in the 5th floor of a modern building and has elevator. One key of the apartment is given to the guests and exterior door can be open with a code. Breakfast is not be included, but is available if requested in advance, with an extra fee of 6€/person per day and is be composed by coffee/tea/milk, fresh orange juice, bread, butter, ham, cheese, jam and fruit or yogurt. The Guests can use the kitchen, but must leave it clean and tidy as they find it. Eventually they can also use the living-room and the terrace. I love to interact with Guests is I'm at home and I'm available to give any recommendation about interesting places to go (and how to go), restaurants, shops, services, transports, museums, Surf or Yoga classes. As I am a good cook (previous a chef), if requested by the guests and if I have time, I can prepare a special dinner that we will share at home. The apartment is located in one of the best quarters of Estoril and Cascais Coast. It's 5 minutes walking from the beach, train station, Casino and the center of Estoril and Monte Estoril and 15 minutes walking from the center of Cascais. It's a great location and lovely place with great views. There are restaurants in the area. It's easy to come from the airport or any main train station to to the apartment. Get the Subway to Cais do Sodré station and there take the train to Cascais and live at Estoril statiom, two stops before Cascais. The Station is 5 minutes walking from the apartment. Alternatively you can take a Uber car (price is about 29€). In the area, if you don't have a car, walking is an easy way to move around, but there are also bikes available in Estoril station and many places in Cascais. To go to Sintra, you can take a bus at 200 meters distance. There are two pets in the apartment, a dog and a cat, both beautiful and sweet. However, the house is always clean and they don't disturb the guests, unless they want to interact with them. The Guest can not smoke in the apartment, only at the terrace. Beach towels and sun umbrella are available paying and extra fee of 3€. Tea and Coffee are free.
