The transparent sea and the beach of pebbles and sand , will be the prelude to an unforgettable sunset . The apartment is newly built and equipped with parking on the property, which can be accessed through the electric gate of which you will be provided with the remote control. The apartment is ' kitchen- living room with a sofa bed to a queen , 1 double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds staggered ( drawer ), bathroom with shower, panoramic terrace overlooking the sea where you can have lunch and dinner . The apartment is equipped with crockery, cutlery , microwave , dishwasher, washing machine , satellite TV, remote control electric gate access to property, 1 parking space in private ownership . We inform our customers, that for cleaning the accommodation in addition to the use of products in accordance with the law, we also use an Ozone sanitizing machine. * The apartment is delivered on the day of arrival from 16.00 to 20.00 and must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure. * No pets , with respect and for the safety of other tenants staying in the apartments .
