Charming townhouse with a large garden, big pool and stunning views over the Tramuntana mountains. A perfect place for families, a group of cyclists or hikers. The property is located within 5 mins walk from the village square, only 10 mins from the best vineyards in Mallorca and only 20-30 min away from Palma & the nearest beaches. Alaro is a beautiful Mallorquin village that has a lot to offer - restaurants, cafes, bars, markets and during the summer- fiestas, concerts and fairs! The house offers 2 double bedrooms with king size beds and 1 twin bedroom. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning (AC). There is a shared family bathroom upstairs and a shower room/utility room downstairs (a washing machine and a separate dryer). The house has a cosy living room with a wood burner and Apple TV, fibre optic WiFi. There is a spacious dining room to seat 6 people, a lovely and well equipped kitchen with a filtered water tap. Outside space includes a large terrace with a large lounge sofa, coffee table, dining table under the vines, 4 sun beds, outdoor BBQ and a large swimming pool suitable for both adults and children (3m wide x 13m long, 1.4m deep end & 1.1m shallow end, salt water). There is air conditioning in every bedroom with cooling option for the summer and heating option for the winter. There are also a few wall electric radiators and a lovely wood burner for cold winter evenings. The garage has ONLY a room for one small / compact car. For those who need to do a bit of work whilst on their holiday the house has an office with a desk and a printer. The house is located only 5 minutes away from the main square full of lovely restaurants, bars and cafes. Two local supermarkets are located only 3 minutes walk from the house. PLEASE NOTE: We provide bed linen, bathroom towels and beach towels, hair dryers, iron, ironing board - almost anything you can think of to assure you have a fabulous stay. In the house you will find House Book with many restaurant, beach and activity recommendations and a local Alaro guide book in English, German and Spanish. The house and its facilities are totally private. The house is very well equipped with anything you may need during your holiday. If you have a question or need an assistance during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact Hunt4Bliss Property Manager between 8am and 8pm. Contact details will be provided in the House Book located in the property. Alaro is a romantic place in the middle of the Sierra de Tramuntana. After a good glass of wine and a nice dinner you don't have to take the car to get home, you can walk because the house is located in the village, 5 minutes from the main square. For outdoor lovers Alaro offers amazing walks and cycling in the mountains. For those who like a taste of the island - some of the best vineyards and restaurants are only a short drive away. The house offers a private garage for a small car, but there are also public parking spaces nearby the house. Although it is not a must, we strongly recommend to rent a car when staying in Alaro. Alaro is centrally located and with a car you will be able access many beautiful places on the island, restaurants and vineyards nearby. Alaro is not well connected with public transport. There is a bus going to the train station in Consell and from there you can take the train in the direction of either Inca or Palma, but to visit places like Valldemosa, Sant Elm, Deia or any beach, you will require a car. Please note that roads in Alaro are very narrow. We recommend renting small cars rather than MPVs. Nearest beaches – 20/30 minutes drive Palma Old Town - 15/20 minutes drive Palma airport – 20/30 minutes drive COVID Prior to arrival we ask all guests to read and sign COVID Declaration which will be sent to them directly. All guests MUST sign it before check in. COVID POLICY Hunt4Bliss COVID-19 policy will be distributed by email to all staff, guests, clients, contractors, suppliers. Guests will also find it in House Book located in the property. CHECK IN TIME: 16:00 – 20:00 LATE CHECK IN: 20:00 – 08:00 Late check in fee of 30 Euros applies and to be paid by guests to Hunt4Bliss directly on arrival. CHECK OUT TIME: 10:00 Check out instructions are provided in the House Book located at the property. EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE (8:00 – 20:00) If it’s a property related emergency after 20:00, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately. OUT OF HOURS EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE (20:00-8:00) Property related issue – no charge to guests NON property related issue - fee of 30 Euros per hour to be paid by guests directly to Hunt4Bliss after the issue has been resolved. LOST KEYS TO THE PROPERTY – the penalty fee of 100 Euros per set will be deducted from the incidental deposit. RECYCLING There is a strict recycling policy in Alaro. Waste not correctly separated will not be collected from the street and a fine will be given to the property owner which will be deducted from Guests incidental deposit. All items must be separated according with the instructions provided in the House Book. If bags left in the property are not properly separated – guests will be charged 15 Euros per bag which will be deducted from their incidental deposit. RENTAL RULES: Guests should not cause nuisance or annoyance to occupants of nearby properties. Guests should put all furniture etc. back to where it was at the beginning of the rental period. Guests should not leave any personal items at the property and, if left, the owner has the right to charge for the removal, return or disposal of those items. Guests should allow reasonable access to the property by the agent/owner for maintenance given reasonable notice. If, in the opinion of the agent/owner, any person is not suitable to continue their occupation of the property because of unreasonable behaviour, damage or nuisance to other parties, the contract may be treated by the agent/owner as discharged and the agent/owner may repossess the property immediately. The guest will remain liable for the whole cost of rental and no refund shall be due. INSURANCE: We strongly recommend that guests have or take out a travel insurance policy prior to their arrival, which includes amongst other benefits, cancellation insurance covering sickness and unavoidable reasons for cancellation prior to their stay. SUBLETTING: Not allowed PETS: Not allowed CHILDREN: The supervision of children, babies and any adults requiring care remains the responsibility of the guest at all times. SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Smoking is only allowed outside on the porch. Ashtray is provided in the property. LIABILITY: The agent/owner cannot accept responsibility for any material loss, damage, additional expense or inconvenience directly or indirectly caused by or arising out of the property, its plumbing, gas, electrical services or exceptional weather. No responsibility is accepted for loss or damage of property, vehicles or vehicle contents belonging to the guest or any member of the party during their occupancy. The maximum liability accepted by the agent/owner will be the total cost of the accommodation as paid by the guest to the agent. No other expenses such as travelling costs or alternative accommodation will be accepted.
