Whether you just want to relax and drink wine, or go to the party in the to the beautiful neighboring cities, this place gives you a perfect base for your adventures. The apartment is located in 25 m2 with a private balcony so you will be able to enjoy beautiful views both in the morning and at night. There is a comfortable bed and wardrobe in the room. Ideal for couples and individual passengers. You can also use the shared terrace with a large dining table and a swing for a comfortable holiday in the shade under the green vine. A convenience store, restaurant, ferry-boat and local bus stop are all located within walking distance from the property (200m). Property is 100 m from the sea and many small beaches nearby. The apartment is located a bit behind the main road and this makes the environment calm and cozy. Keep in mind that there is quite a lot of stairs up to the apartment. A normally equipped kitchen for cooking, a barbeque on the terrace,TV, free wi-fi, air-conditioning-heating, private bathroom and small private sitting/dinning area. Anti-allergenic bedding, several types of towels, shower / shampoo gel, soap, detergents, cleaning and disinfection are available to our guests. Washing machine, iron and ironing board can be used for free in a common room. The apartment is has a beautiful balcony and sea view, has excellent "wi fi", air-conditioned. Lepetane is a small fishermen settlement located in the heart of Bay of Kotor, which is one of the most beautiful bays in. It is rich in maritime history, art, and culture. You can explore all day or just sit at the balcony and watch cruise ships sail by. Notable amenities include Kotor Old Town, a UNESCO , Our Lady of the Rocks church on the islet. Modern menities include Porto Montenegro, nightclubs, and vibrant beach parties. Ferries, buses, taxis make travel to and from Lepetane and around the entire Bay of Kotor easy. In Lepetane is bus station where stops local bus that can drive you to Kotor or Tivat. Ferry boat from Lepetane can lead you to Kamenare. In Kamenare there is bus station where stops local bus that can lead you to Herceg Novi. If you have car, we have free parking lot. There is something for everyone !! The city of Tivat is located in the heart of the Boka Bay of Kotor - the largest and most beautiful bay on the Adriatic Sea. There are many festivals, concerts, theatre performances and gallery exhibitions in the summertime, and the best thing is that everything is close. Porto Montenegro with its nice restaurants and shops are 4 km away. Airport Tivat is a 8 km away. Only 14 km away is the fortress of Kotor Old Town, which is under the protection of UNESCO, just 25 km away from Budva. Three hours of separate you from the best rafting in the Tara River, the canyon of which is the deepest in Europe and the second deepest in the world. Only 7-8 hours will be needed to see the most beautiful cities of the coast and the old royal capital - the city of Cetinje. The breathtaking landscapes of Lovcen National Park will not leave anyone indifferent - the view of the Boka Bay of Kotor and the open sea from a bird's eye view (1200 m) will always remain in your memory.
