There are numerous bars and restaurants close by as well as a Tesco supermarket just up the road. The apartment has been decorated and furnished to a high specification. The accommodation comprises a spacious living/dining/kitchen. The sitting area benefits from lovely views over Holyrood Park to Salisbury Crags. Comfortable seating comprising two sofas and an armchair is grouped round the windows. A large TV and DVD player have been provided as well as a selection of DVDs. A south facing balcony with table and chairs is accessed through glass doors - ideal for relaxing on warm summer days. The dining area has a table providing seating for up to 6 guests should you wish to make use of the well equipped kitchen area. This has granite work surfaces and is bordered by a breakfast bar. There is double electric oven and gas hob with overhead stainless steel extractor, dishwasher and plenty of crockery and cookware. An internal utility room houses laundry facilities and has washer/dryer and a sink. The master bedroom is at the front of the property benefiting from views to Salisbury Crags. It has the advantage of an en-suite bathroom with a bath, separate shower and loo and wash hand basin.
