Located right at the entrance of the capital of Mauritius, the apartment is ideal for all travelers. It also gives easy access to touristic destinations around Mauritius. We have the best internet n Wifi system in the whole building. Its an American Eero system network. Within 5 minutes walk to bus stop, shop and a major supermarket. This is the only all in one place. Mountain view , Sea view n City view. We have no lifts, but the panoramic view will make you forget the lift !!! Why settle for a room in an old house when you can enjoy the privacy of a luxurious brand new studio? The apartment is sunny, spacious, and warm. You'll have the entire space all to yourself. Construction of the entire apartment building was completed in 2017. Brand new kitchen counter tops, granite tiles, patio, custom cabinetry, new refrigerator, air conditioner, Jacuzzi, and with huge windows. From the apartment, you can enjoy the cool breeze from the mountains and watch the sun set into the ocean by the harbour. The only place in the city with sea view n mountain view!! Our kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker and a small electric cooker as backup in case we run out of gas. There is a kettle, ricer cooker, toaster, and microwave. We also have basic utentils, plates, casserole, whisky n wine glasses and cups. There is a dedicated reserved free parking slot at the ground floor for our guests. You have also access to two magnificent terrasses, where you can enjoy a cup of tea or a glass of wine. You will also have access to a grill/BBQ area on the roof. Am always available to my guests. I do my best to help and guide them during their stay. Whenever they are free, I drive them out.I am just a call away from you. We also guarantee our guests we do not take 1 cent commission on taxi services n sightseeing!! Once you book with us , we will advise you to the best of our knowledge and in good faith. As we are in the entrance of the city, we are close to everything, shops, supermarket, pharmacy, hospital, US embassy and France embassy. Restaurant serving local food and shop just downstairs. Bus stop is a few minutes by walk from studio.
