You will find our Felicity apartment in the hamlet of Maclino, just above Toscolano Maderno, in a small and quiet residence. A comfortable three-room apartment located on the ground floor that will allow you to enjoy the wonderful view of Lake Garda. Furnished with care, it welcomes you with its lake view terrace that leads to the living area where you will find a comfortable sitting area with a dining table and an open and fully equipped kitchen. The living room overlooks the covered terrace complete with garden furniture where you can eat in the warm summer evenings or just admire the lake while enjoying a good glass of wine. The sleeping area has a bedroom with double bed and a big wardrobe. The second room has two single beds The bathroom has a shower. Upon arrival, we will provide you with towels and bed linen (bedding) The shared swimming pool is located right in front of the apartment a few meters away. The apartment also has sun loungers available usable in the common garden close to your apartment or in the solarium area around the pool. You will have a reserved parking space in the garage. The surrounding natural and wooded area is perfect for walking or cycling. Enjoy the peace and the quiet in our Felicity apartment. Restaurants, supermarket, lakeside promenade and ferries are just 5 minutes away by car.
