Traditional Family House

Located in the picturesque community of Pagi, this 3 bedroom house, 30 km from the town of Corfu and just a 5 minute drive to the magnificent beach of Agios Georgios is perfect for a relaxing holiday! Come enjoy the Corfiot, village life,the beach and the local cousine! The beach is perfectly organised with sunbeds and beach umbrellas for the much needed shade! For those who prefer a less organised , more secluded coast, there are parts with less or more privacy in this beautifull sandy beach. The entire 132 m2 house is reserved for guests only. They will have exclusive use of it and the balconies. On the ground floor is a sitting and a dining place, the kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. In the front of the house is a barbeque veranda and at the back of the house is a balcony with view to the church yard. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor where there are the twin and the attic bedroom, the master bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub. The outside veranda provides view of the village and the surrounding hills. Free parking in the yard of the neighbouring Saint Theodori church and at the entrance of the village in the area aside the old fountain.The small roads of the village lead to every neighbourhood . I am available on my phone and internet account 24 hours a day for anything needed. The neighbourhood is very quiet and the local people are very friendly.In the village are 007 Bond-Cafe (known from film shootings of the James Bond film "For your eyes only") and a tavern with traditional dishes. Pagi itself has a strategic location for exploring the beautiful sights of the northern part of Corfu, such as Afionas with wonderful sunset, Canal D' Amour in Sidari, Arillas beach and Agios Stefanos-Avliotes beach, Krini village with Angelokastro castle, Lakones village with view of Paleokastritsa, La Grotta beach bar (142 steps down) and the Monastery of the Virgin in Paleokastritsa,Theotoky Estate at Ropa's valley,Old Perithia Corfu's ghost village is the island's best kept secret. There ia a bus service from the village to Corfu town and Agios Georgios beach and also from Agios Georgios beach to major beaches such as Arillas, Agios Stefanos North and Sidari!! For those intrested there is also a car rental agency in Agios Georgios.Close to Pagi is Agros village where you can find pharmacy,supermarkets,bakery,butcher. At Agios Georgios beach there are also supermarkets. Guests can have driving instructions to the property, information about the surroundings and suggestions for excursions.
