Villa with private pool 5min Golf Club only 10min beach: The exclusive villa of 145m2 is in the quiet urbanization of Roca de Malvet in Santa Cristina d'Aro 1km from the town center, 10min by car from the beach and 20km from Girona Airport. It is distributed on the ground floor with a large garden area with barbecue and private pool with sunbeds for sunbathing. The three bedrooms consist of a double bed, another double bed and two single beds, in addition to the sofa bed in the living room. There are two full bathrooms, kitchen equipped with washer and dryer, flat screen TV, parking area and wifi throughout the establishment. The delivery of keys and check in takes place in the same villa from 4pm to 9pm with the option to extend. It is a smoke-free establishment. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and groups under 28 years are not accepted. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
