The Pad Cabin, near Clark with private pool

The Pad Cabin is modern-farm resort designed villa with 1 spacious rooms that can accommodate a family or group of 8 members comfortably. A relaxing safe environment & a private sanctuary near the bustling city. Accommodates only 1 family/group per day, per night & for a longer stay. CABIN The house was newly built (construction was finished last May 2021). It is has modern minimalist design. Enjoy the cool breeze and undisturbed ambience of Mawaque, Mabalacat. There are no houses nearby since the area Libutad, Santa Maria was intended for farm land. Cabin shares compound space with The Pad Farm Resort. The location It's location is accessible to Santa Ines exit NLEX. The area was once breeding ground for rooster and hens, there are still rooster in the farm area. There are no public vehicles around the area. You may take a tricycle from McArthur Highway-Mawaque Road. You will encounter a bumpy road going to the Cabin. (Soon it will be cemented by a Fiesta Communities) Important note: The Pad Cabin is located in a compound together with The Pad Farm Resort (a 2-Storey house with private pool as well) that is available for rent. PARKING AREA Spacious parking space. KITCHEN The kitchen has 2 burner gas stove, water dispenser (2 round water container provided for every group of guest), large rice cooker, microwave and refrigerator. Guest are allowed to cook inside, kindly turn off the gas when not in use. No Kitchen utensil provided. There is a griller outside for free use, bring your own charcoal. For safety reason dinner wares such as plate, cup, spoon and fork are not provided. BEDROOMS The Pad Farm Resort has 3 bedrooms available for guest occupancy. We have the Master’s, Room 1 and Room 2. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and located on the 2nd floor. The Master’s has 2 queen size bed, 40 inches Smart TV with Cignal Cable and it’s own bathroom. Room 1 has 4 bunk beds (double size) which can accommodate up to 16 guest. Rooms 2 has 2 bunk beds (double size) which can accommodate up to 8 guest. There are 2 bathrooms located at the 2nd floor, one inside the Master’s the other one is a common bathroom. ***For 15 guest we will open Room 2 and Master’s. For 20 guest we will open all 3 rooms. All bedrooms has fitted sheets, pillows, pillow case and blankets. We will only provide 9 towels, 3 for each bathrooms. Toiletries provided: hand soap, tissue, shampoo, soap, toothbrush and toothpaste. We use bac-to-zero machine to disinfect the whole house every guest. SWIMMING POOL AREA Swimming pool size is 7 by 13 meters. We have 2 swimming pools, the first pool is 3-4 feet deep and the other one is 5-6 feet deep. Pool area is elevated. The swimming pool has lights and fountains. LOT AREA Around the lot area you will see billiard table, another bungalow house (vacant, for family use only when there are no guest), a small cockpit fighting area, and videoke space located at the second floor (videoke is permanently installed here). RESIDENT KEEPER Ryan and Jun-jun are within the premises to guard and maintain the Cabin. They have their own quarters near the billiard area (hidden from the house). They will not go inside the house when there are guest and near the pool area when in use. You may see them cleaning the swimming pool every morning and turning on the lights at night. They have their own small sari-sari store where you can buy charcoal, alcoholic drink, coffee, canned goods and some snacks. Our resident keepers are not maids but they will be glad to help you but if you ask them to buy, cook and other kind of work, please give them a tip if you will avail any of there services IMPORTANT: Refundable security deposit must be paid upon checkin to the amount of P3,000. If any damage claim upon checkout found, guests will be responsible for damages up to applicable amount.
