Apartment (garage parking & 2 bicycles ) in 1st floor of building with ability using wheelchair - suitable for single person or couple. It consist of bedroom,living room, bathroom (shower), full equipped kitchen, hall, balcony, washing and drying machine and parking in garage. Two bicycles (man and woman) available. All necessary for living in a house or within few meters away. Center of town 5 min. away. Access for disabled. The building was at first meant for older and/or disabled people but later populated with younger people and small families. So access to every place in building including garage, cellar, waste deposit, bike storage is possible with wheelchair and is protected and under video control. Kitchen is full equipped and if you miss anything just make a call and we will solve problem. Garage (locked and under video control 24 hours): for 1 car is included in the price and is accessible with elevator 2 floor lover. For next cars there is 100 meters away available parking house or can be used free public parking beside the building. In garage (on request) there is also private empty cellar where you can completely safe store your bikes,skis, stroller, car trunk or any other baggage. Smoking: not allowed (except on small balcony) Pets: unfortunately not welcomed Location: 3 km from the center of Ljubljana with bus station in front of building and You get two bicycles and Bus ticket for some bus trips in Ljubljana town district. We are always available for help on phone and can respond in minutes. In the same building you can find two coffee shops, bank, wellness /beauty center, library, pharmacy, drugstore, optician, hairdresser/barber. In 50 m distance there is supermarket and 1 minute of walk distance shopping center with garage house. Park with recreational area and fitness center is in the neighborhood as well as in a walking distance of few minutes McDonalds, self-service and pizza restaurant. For guests arriving with bus/train/airplane, a free taxi transfer to apartment is available from Ljubljana main station/air terminal. Guests with car may find EXIT 6 on ring road H3 round Ljubljana and turn to Celovška cesta (sign for Center). Drive 280m and at first semaphore turn right. You find yourself in front of closed entrance to garage where you have to wait for electronic key card - that someone shall provide for you. But if you are late or early - it is better if you drive (instead of 280m) few meters less - and turn right to public parking place. In all cases phone will be usefull (+(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)) And just for info: Water from drain in Ljubljana is better than any bottled water you can buy in the store. Two bicycles are prepared for You and are in house bicycles storage room equipped with double locks and ready for use. You can reach center of town within 5 minutes of cycling.
