Relaxed beachside living meets indoor-outdoor family fun in this three-bedroom, two-bathroom, coastal house featuring designer interiors, a spacious backyard with entertainers patio, a large balcony with BBQ and a carport for two cars. A family-friendly getaway located on the Gold Coast’s Main Beach; this three-bedroom, two bathroom home is luxuriously designed and spread across two levels. With an unrivalled backyard to run around and plenty of living areas for everyone to spread out and relax, this is the perfect retreat for family gatherings. Upstairs you’ll find breezy, open-plan living—that features a leather couch, comfy armchairs, large smart TV and designer touches—alongside a sleek six-person dining table and a huge and well-equipped designer kitchen with all the modern conveniences. Flow from the kitchen out to the upstairs balcony featuring a BBQ with an outdoor dining setting overlooking the lush garden. Both bedrooms on the second floor offer king beds topped with hotel-quality linen and share a luxe bathroom with black and white tiling. while a third bedroom downstairs offers a bunk bed, perfect for the little ones. Downstairs, you'll find a second living area with a futon for two guests as well as a TV with Apple TV. Working from home? Make use of the office with ergonomic setup to send emails and answer conference calls. The office doubles as a playroom with plenty of toys and books, as well as gym with an exercise bike for fitness buffs. Make your way outside to the fully-fenced backyard featuring a second outdoor seating area perfect for after-dinner drinks and an outdoor shower after sandy days at the beach. Additional luxuries include a carport for two cars, high-speed Wi-Fi, Netflix-enabled smart TV’s, air conditioning and a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. A stay in the popular seaside suburb of Main Beach—just north of Surfers Paradise—will have you discovering the buzz of Queensland’s famous Gold Coast and leaves you just a stone’s throw from theme parks, A-list dining, world-class entertainment and some of the country’s most beautiful beaches. Around the corner you’ll find Tedder Avenue, with its trendy cafes, packed restaurants and chic boutiques while just 100 metres down the road you’ll find pristine white sands and sparkling waters. Plus, you’ll be within walking distance of The Spit; which includes Seaworld, Marina Mirage and the Versace Hotel. Sun seekers and water lovers can reach the beauty of Broadbeach, Gold Coast Beach, Surfers Paradise Beach and Mermaid Beach via a short drive. ACCESS FROM THE AIRPORT - The best and easiest way to access the property from the Airport is via Uber. Usually this takes 45mins depending on traffic and costs approx $50AUD total. Alternatively, you can take a SkyBus which will be around $21AUD One-way per adult but this will take a little longer to arrive. You will have 2 covered off-street car spaces, plus there is of free on-street parking. There is lots of public transport available nearby: G-Link station within walking distance, Bus stops just around the corner or Uber/Taxi's readily servicing the area. Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know. Unfortunately we may not be able to accept bookings from guests who are under 25, without prior approval, and we reserve the right to decline your booking. Please contact us if you wish to book for guests in this age bracket. Please note, you will be responsible for all the members of your group. For each stay we provide hotel quality linen, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats & tea towels. We also provide bathroom amenities, dishwashing liquid & dishwashing tablets to start you off when you arrive however you will need to purchase more if you are staying for more than a few days.
