Renovated Studio with terrace overlooking the swimming pool and garden. On the first floor of a building with 5 apartments in an ideal location in Pointe aux Canonniers opposite a bakery, close to restaurants, shops, bus stop at walking distance to Grand-Baie and Mon Choisy. The public beach is 3 mins by car or 2 stops away by bus. This studio is cozy and comfortable with everything 2 guests may need for holidays in Mauritius. The bedroom has an air-con and a ceiling fan, a cozy sofa where you can read your books or watch TV. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, microwave oven for your breakfast time on your private terrace overlooking the pool & garden. The French bakery opposite the road will cater for fresh bread and delicious pastries & even some salads and meals for lunch time. During the day, you can enjoy some relaxation outside in the garden lying on the sun loungers around the pool. The apartment is cleaned daily (in the morning), except on Sundays and public holidays. Guest access the entire studio and balcony. The pool and the garden is shared with the other guests I am at your disposal should you need any recommendations. Pointe aux Canonniers is a residential area 5 mins by car to the center of Grand Baie, 3 mins from Mon Choisy beach and 10 from Trou aux Biches village. French bakery, restaurants, wine store, local supermarket are all within walking distance as well as a pharmacy, Medical Center (opened 24/7) and a fuel station. Beach of Mon Choisy is 3 mins by car or bus (2 stops) and is ideal for jogging and beach & water activities. The lagoon is perfect for swimming. For those wishing to enjoy the beach when it is less crowed, it is better to go during the week. Sunsets are beautiful on this side of the island. Renting a car would make your stay more comfortable in particular if you plan to visit the island. There is a bus stop very close to the property with buses coming by quite often to drive you to Mon Choisy beach which is close by (2 stops) or to the center of Grand Baie (15 mins)
