An old hut by the sea built in the early 1960s has been superbly transformed into a charming “pieds dans l'eau” house with private access to Procchio beach. Overlooking the gulf with a garden that surrounds it and with exclusive outdoor spaces that allow you to enjoy unforgettable sunsets. Going down to the lower level, 1 double bedroom with bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, a twin bedroom (with joinable beds), a small bedroom with two single beds, a second bathroom. Halfway down the connecting staircase there is a small toilet without shower. The rooms on the ground floor all have access to the garden that overlooks the sea. On the ground floor there is a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. A path leads directly to the beach. An outdoor shower with hot water is available.
