Stay near Chinon to discover the Loire Valley

A detached cottage in it's own grounds with no shared amenities. It is located in a small hamlet close to Chinon in the Loire Valley. Shops, chateaux and beautiful villages are a short drive away. In the cottage there is a small sitting room, kitchen/dining room, two bedrooms (one with an en suite toilet and basin), bathroom with toilet, shower, bath and basin. Undercover area set for eating alfresco and relaxing where you will also find a ground floor toilet and shower. Parking. Large garden. The entrance into the house leads to the sitting room, here you will the log burning fire. We will supply the logs for your stay free of charge. There is door to the kitchen where there is a table for 4 people. The stairs lead out of the kitchen to the first floor, here there are 2 bedrooms. One has a double bed (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) the ceiling height in this room is 1.9 high) in this room there is a separate toilet and basin, the other 2 single beds (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) this has a high vaulted ceiling. From the landing there are stairs to the large bathroom and shower and toilet (the stairs are steep) Outside there is another toilet and shower in the utility room. There is also an outside kitchen, BBQ, and dining lounge area from which leads to the large garden. No one shares any of this space with you. As previously stated the property is in its own grounds and has no shared facilities but we, the homeowners, are a short distance away and available. If you are thinking of visiting France then perhaps you should take a look at the Loire Valley National Park a World Heritage Area with Chinon as it's jewel in the crown. The cottage is a short drive or a little longer cycle ride from the mighty Loire 'the last wild river of Europe' the life that runs alongside this watery artery helps you feel the history, the play grounds of French kings, writers and Leonardo de Vinci. Maybe stretch further afield to discover the bubbles of Saumur or Vouvray all can be arranged. 'Time To See The Loire Valley' Parking is plentiful at the house, bikes are also available to use. New for this season is an outdoor cooking facilities which include, new BBQ, sink, fridge, and a four ring gas hob. This all under cover next to the dinning area outdoors.
