Bathroom is fully renovated with shower and washer-dryer. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building, it is bright and has a balcony on a quiet street. Its spaces are air conditioned and can accommodate up to 4 people. The nearest metro stations are VICTORIA 500m and OMONIA 700m. In walking distance you can visit the Archaeological Museum of Athens as well as the large park of Pedion Areos. Check-in is at 14:00 o’clock. Check-out is at 12:00 o’clock. Please respect the neighbors and the resting hours, especially during summertime (15:00 – 17:30 and 23:00 - 08:00). Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. No pets are allowed in the premises. Windows must be closed / locked when not in the house. Please do not leave lighting and air-conditioning on when leaving the premises.
