2 bedroom fully self contained downstairs. I have 2 bedrooms fully self contained upstairs. You have your own entrance on the bottom floor,at the other side of the house.Access me on the top floor entrance beyond the deck. I live upstairs and work from home so usually here,your privacy is important to me and your floor is fully self contained. Snells beach has a Warehouse,2 cafes,fruit and vege store.2 bakery's,fish n chip shop,Indian Restaurant,Chemist,Dairy,Gull gas station. there is a bus stop right out side my house,the bus can be ridden down to Warkworth and if you wish you can bus from there in to Auckland.The service runs everyday including Christmas. The couch in the living/lounge area folds out to a double bed,so could host another guest as well with your group.
