Gite Romarin

My partner Paul and I run Chambre d'Hôte Eloi Merle in Olonzac. Located within our garden by the pool are our five, one bedroom, self catering gites which are ideal for couples and available for a minimum of three night stays. Our pool and large garden is shared by all our guests. Our large rear garden has several secluded seating areas where you can relax in sun or shade. One bedroom gite with a large 160cm double bed, perfect for couples. On the ground floor is fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, dining/living room. 1st floor is bedroom and shower room with wash basin and toilet. Gite Romarin has an outside seating area with access to a shared BBQ, pool and our gardens. All our guests have access to our gardens with pétanque square and outdoor swimming pool. We have secure storage available for cycles and motor cycles. We live on site so are available to help and advise with guest requests. We are in the centre of Olonzac, a lively village with a weekly market on a Tuesday morning. Close to the Canal du Midi, Lac de Jouarres, Minerve, Carcassonne, Narbonne and within an hours drive to the beaches of the Mediterranean. You are best to have either a car or cycle to get around. There is free street parking available on the road outside our property and we have secure cycle and motorcycle storage available on site. There are buses and taxis in the village but they are limited. Please be advised the annual Fete in Olonzac will be held from Thursday 15th to Sunday 18th August. Please do not book these dates if you are looking for the usual peace and quiet you will find staying in our gites. The Fete is very busy with loud live music until late in the park next door!
