Lovely bright double bedroom with a large private balcony. Sole use of bathroom Very friendly environment- shared with me (I'm a music industry professional) I am around for local advice and help with your trip. I love nice food and a glass of wine. Also please note I have a puppy (who is a hypoallergenic breed) - she is very sweet and loves a cuddle and new people. Added bonus use of gym in the building. Open plan lounge and kitchen. Lots of books, records, plants and TV. I collect records, music and photography books and am happy to share with you during your stay. Little puppy for cuddles and fun. Private room and balcony. Plus full access to kitchen/living area and sole use of bathroom with power shower and bath. I work full time but will always be available on my mobile and happy to help A plethora of pubs, restaurants, bars, shops. New places popping up all the time. Excellent traditional pub over the road. Supermarket and cafe/restaurant next door. I am a foodie and I can help you with local restaurants :) Great location for exploring east London and beyond- loads of connections on the door step Five minutes walk to both Hackney Downs (1 stop to Liverpool Street Underground) and Hackney Central. Can access all areas of London easily. Also on Major bus route. 5 minutes to Clapton. 15 minutes walk to London Fields. 15 minutes walk to Stoke Newington Very handy for London City Airport and Stansted Airport. You will be sharing with me and my dog who is young but well trained and very friendly.
