In current situation, our apartments undergo a process of ozonation and increased disinfecting of main touch surfaces. Furthermore, we are keeping 24h period between bookings. Great location, just on the back of Lublin Plaza shopping center. Within walking distance to Lublin's top attractions. The apartment is freshly refurbished, with modern bathroom and toilet, one large bedroom, a very large living room and a large kitchen including dining area and balcony! The apartment is on the third floor in a residential building which also is home to offices on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped, including oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer and electric kettle. The bedroom features 2 large single beds, whilst in the living room there are 2 sofas, on which a total of 4 persons can comfortably sleep. Guests are free to use the entire apartment, including balcony which is to the rear of the building. Although smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or other parts of the building, you can smoke on the balcony. I am available to answer all questions and queries guests may have. I live nearby and am available on location majority of times. Lublin's main concert and cultural event venue is 100m away. There is a grocery store next door and a large shopping center on the back of the building (includes cinema, roller skating, restaurants). There are several restaurants and cafes on the street. Within 5 minutes walk there are two main universities in Lublin as well as a park. Nearest bus stop is about a 3 minute walk. Parking is limited on the street, however, there are large car parks at the shopping centre and the cultural centre (all paid). Most touring can be done on foot with the apartment being centrally located. The apartment is really spacious - around 60m2 with one bedroom and large living room/bedroom and kitchen, so it has a real home like feel to it and is not cramped when larger number of guests visit. In the kitchen you will find plates, pots and pans. There is a washing machine available for guests to use. Clean sheets, linens and towels are provided.
