Villa Cavour - A Whole House Close to the Ocean

Villa Cavour is a charming character home in beautiful Hervey Bay with an Aussie-Italian-beachy vibe. A mere 250-metre stroll from the ocean and the Esplanade, Villa Cavour is the perfect destination; close to beaches, cafes, shopping, and other attractions. With four large ensuited rooms and spacious living areas, it's perfect for time away with friends, a family holiday, or a business retreat. We can't wait to welcome you. Sleeps 8 people in four rooms, expandable to 10 with rollaways. Villa Cavour has four guest rooms; three upstairs (two with king beds and one with two king singles), and one downstairs (with a Queen bed). Every room has its own ensuite, full wardrobe, and a small fridge. All linen, towels, etc. are provided. All rooms have internal and external access, with the upstairs rooms opening to a shared balcony. Rollaway beds can be used to extend guest numbers if needed. We have 2x rollaway beds, which can be added to several of our rooms (1x rollaway per room). Rollaways are a flat extra fee of $50 each and payment will be sought after booking if requested. We live in a separate apartment inside the house, with our own living areas, kitchen, etc. We love seeing our guests, but you will have plenty of time and space to yourself. There is a large guest lounge, dining room, and kitchen downstairs for your exclusive use. The pool is solely for your use and pool towels are provided. Simple breakfast food (toast, cereal, yoghurt, fruit, etc) is supplied (we do not provide any other meals). You can cook meals in the kitchen or eat out at one of Hervey Bays many great cafes or restaurants. Fridge and freezer space is available for you. There is a hot drinks buffet downstairs, with a range of complimentary beverages. Villa Cavour is at 15 Banksia Street, in Point Vernon, 250m from the Esplanade and ocean. The Esplanade has a footpath along the foreshore. We are a short drive to Hervey Bay's fantastic beaches, cafes, shopping centres, etc. There are many attractions in Hervey Bay for you to enjoy. It is a very simple 250-metre stroll from Villa Cavour to the 17 kilometres of walking footpath along the Esplanade, with beach access, rest areas, cafes, etc. The popular Brew & View cafe is just a short walk around the corner. Driving in Hervey Bay is also very easy. Villa Cavour has off-street parking for guests on our spacious property. Point Vernon is a safe, quiet neighbourhood, set on a peninsular, close to Hervey Bay's CBD, beaches, etc. It is one of the few places in Australia where you can watch both the sunrise and sunset over the water, within a few kilometres of each other. Hervey Bay is mostly flat and very easy to walk around. It is a very simple 250-metre stroll from Villa Cavour to the 17 kilometres of walking footpath along the Esplanade, with beach access, rest areas, cafes, etc. Driving in Hervey Bay is also very easy. Villa Cavour has off-street parking for guests on our spacious property. Because Villa Cavour is a two-story property and three of our rooms are upstairs, guests will need to be able to walk up and down stairs to access their rooms. We do have one room on the ground floor, which guests are welcome to request if stairs are a problem.
