Somnimar is a cosy house, PETFRIENDLY, in a quiet area of Llançà (Girona - Costa Brava). With sea views. A 6 min walk from the coves (450m). 6 minutes by car from the port and the centre of the village. Ideal to rest in a beautiful environment, with a wide range of activities to do. It has a barbecue and a PRIVATE patio-garden with furniture. Fully equipped to make your stay more comfortable. I follow advanced cleaning protocol designed by professionals for airbnb. You can enjoy the pleasant evenings on the large balcony, with sea views, or in the private garden-patio. Or enjoy a good paella on the barbecue : ) There are no communal areas. The whole house is independent and for the exclusive use of the guests. Self-employed entry. During the stay I will be fully available by (Hidden by Airbnb) and/or phone. Located in the Fané area, a quiet residential area with no parking problems. Llançà has a wide range of leisure and cultural activities to enjoy during your stay. The best way to get around the area is by car. In the summer season there are FREE buses that go both to the town and to the main coves and beaches. Llançà has a RENFE train station. In Figueres there is an AVE train station. The house is located about 20 minutes walk from the village. The house is fully equipped. In order to have a better stay, we customize the house according to the tenants who will visit us. For example, if babies come, we can provide a highchair and cot/travel park, as well as toys or other items to keep them entertained. If the tenants come with a dog, we provide them with a bed, water bowls, toys, towel, comb, and other useful items for the furry ones. Here are some of the main steps I take when cleaning my space: I disinfect frequently touched surfaces, including doorknobs.
