No extra guests are allowed to the house and noise levels must be respectful at all times as sound travels throughout the hinterland. There is to be no outdoor music or outdoor entertaining after 10pm. Noise complaints will result in bond deductions and possible eviction. Ensuring our neighbours remain happy is a priority.
