Quiet studio on the edge of St Ives

A newly-renovated, bright and airy room a short drive or bus ride away from St Ives. Your own private entrance with en-suite bathroom . There is also a kitchenette with microwave and a plug in double hob so guests can cook simple dishes in a saucepan. We also provide a good size fridge . Ironing board ,iron and hair drier. There is complementary tea, coffee , milk and sugar. A private studio with a separate kitchenette in a secluded bungalow in Carbis Bay, a short drive or bus ride from St Ives. Studio with double bed and sofa, small table and chairs. Ensuite bathroom. Sky TV with DVD player. Kitchenette with fridge , microwave and toaster. We'll usually be on site but you'll be able to come and go as you please via your own access We are happy to share local knowledge and recommendations.Please feel free to speak to us at anytime The studio is situated in a quiet lane just off the main road into Carbis Bay and St Ives. We are in an ideal spot for guests attending functions at Carbis Bay Hotel and Tregenna Castle as they are in easy walking distance. Una leisure and Spa Resort is a 5 minute walk from us, non members can use their facilities- indoor luxury pool, sauna, steam room and gym at a cost of £20 per visit They also have a superb restaurant ( no entry fee required)and Spa payable according to treatments There is a local newsagent/convenience store and pharmacist within a 5 minute level walk. Carbis Bay also has a hairdressers. For eating out we have Becks Fish and Chip Restaurant which has been in Carbis Bay for fifty years . La Casita and Cafe 54.The Gannet and The Bean Inn are all in walking distance . Carbis Bay beach is about a 10 minute walk away. The Carbis Bay Hotel Resort has dining . There's a train station less than a mile away with a bus stop at the end of our lane. There are good taxi services. We provide tea and coffee . On arrival we will leave you a jug of milk. If you are staying with us for a number of days you may wish to buy additional supplies .For your use there is a good selection of kitchen utensils ,a hot plate for cooking with saucepans and a microwave plus a good size fridge with a small freezer compartment.
