A two storey annexe with two bedrooms and bathroom with shower, kitchenette, lounge/diner and family games room. Stylishly furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay in the heart of the Vale of Belvoir - a rural location 30 min drive from Nottingham. Driveway parking for one car only. This is a family home on a quiet residential street and not suitable for party type events. When booking please let me know why you are visiting so I can help with any recommendations. Lovely private annexe with two bedrooms. There is a kitchenette that houses a fridge, tea/coffee, microwave and toaster. Ironing board available and bed one has a hairdryer. TV and wifi also available. Bed 1 has a double bed whilst bed 2 can be set up as either a double or 2 single beds. Access is via a separate gate and entrance to the side of the house. Parking is available on the driveway. As a family we are generally around, definitely in evenings/weekends for questions, queries, problems. However we are happy to just let you do your own thing. The Vale of Belvoir is a much visited location, with Langar Hall just down the road. We also have beautiful countryside to explore. The annexe is located on a quiet residential street. There are plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby. It’s a quick 25 mins drive to Nottingham or Newark. A car is essential as public transport is sporadic. Cars are a must for getting to us, but there is fantastic cycling all around.
