The Weekend House @ Tiara Imperio (No Wifi)

A studio fully decorated from the floor to the ceiling. It's a must go place if you wish to escape the bustling crowded city on the weekend with your friends and family. Situated in a location surrounded with calm and tranquility for you to relax and recharge for next week. The studio is fully furnished, starting with a nice shade of SPC(stone-plastic composite) floor, giving you a unique sense of feeling when walking around. The wall is carefully designed and wrapped with wallpaper with different pattern, giving you a sense of calm and coziness. Further complemented with 4 steel pillar acts as a divider between the dining/living room and the bedroom. You could work or relaxing here while enjoying the greenery and the metropolitan city scene from window. You will be able to access the whole house. We're still trying to complete the furniture for the house by this month, you should have no problem if you decide to stay from august onwards. You could always contact me if you have an issue with the house. There is a train station available nearby (KTM UKM). Otherwise you could always use grab app to go around the area. Here are some rules need to be followed within the stay period in this house: 1. Do not use nor consume drugs, weed, alcohol or anything illegal 2. No party with loud noises that could potentially disturb the neighbours 3. Do not use the house to do anything that are illegal and against the law 4. Do not break or damage the house (wallpaper, furniture, etc) 5. Smoking or vaping should be done outside the house. Smoking will trigger the carbon monoxide alarm
