If your country orders travel restrictions or Spain close the international borders as it happen in March 2020 and you are not allow to come to Spain I will refund your booking. 2. If Palamós and la Fosca / the beach where the house is located/ is not a free area of covid and shops, bars of tapas, restaurants and beaches are closed because covid appears in our area you will have an open credit of the money for your next holidays that you can use during the next year. 3. If your Government orders a quarantine as it happened with England at your return from Spain I will give you an open credit of the money that you already paid that you have to use during the next year. 4. If everything is open in Palamos and you are able to enjoy your holidays going to tapas bar, restaurants, markets, beaches and shops since there are no restrictions to your mobility I cannot refund you and neither give to you credit for a next stay. IN THE SHARED GARDEN THERE ARE 6 OUTDOOR SHOWERS WITH HOT WATER AND 4 TOILETS AND 1 COMPLETE BATHROOM IN THE APARTMENT. Family apartment full of history and charm of 150 m2 with sea views from the living room, dining room and terrace, 11 meters from the fine sandy beach of La Fosca. Living room with two sofa beds 140x190, television, DVD, dining room for 6 people and terrace with table and chairs for outdoor dining, sun loungers. The apartment has four bedrooms, 3 doubles and 1 single, a bathroom, kitchen and covered patio with barbecue, a second fridge and views of the shared garden. In the shared garden you will find 6 showers with hot water that you can use when you return from the beach and 4 toilets. Garden of 3,500 m2 shared with twelve houses where tables, chairs, sun loungers, a wall of tennis and a ping-pong table can be used for free, you will find rackets and balls in the house, a small forest with hammocks, basketball baskets and a sack of boxing. If you need a baby cot, high chair or baby bath you can order them in advance and you will have them for free. You can park 2 cars in the property. There is a parking lot 20 meters from the house owned by the municipality of Palamós. This parking is free throughout the year with the exception of the months of June, July, August and September in which you must pay 3 euros a day. Anyway, you can park your car for free in the nearby streets without charge. The apartment is delivered clean and without sheets or towels that you can bring them or rent them: prices: double sheets set: 15 euros, single sheets set: 8 euros, towels set: a medium and a large: 4 euros. You can do the final cleaning or request it with an additional cost of 60 euros. In the apartment there are 4 portable gas heaters and 4 fans that you can use freely. The fine sandy beach of La Fosca located 11 meters from the apartment has obtained the EU Blue Flag rating the highest rating that a beach can obtain. The house is ideally located in a privileged environment.
