Here Located Center of Ansan. New 2 BR condo (duplex room), 1 Queen Bed, 2 Single beds, hardwood flooring. Located only 10 minute from Jungang station on Subway Line 4. Fully furnished with a functioning kitchen. Bedsheets, towels, shampoo, wifi, cable TV all provided. Right in city center! We also have an extra futon and Blanket in the room for an extra person. 4 could stay comfortably. Fully equipped kitchen (basic source, etc) Wifi and cable TV, Netflix, Towels, Shampoo and Soap, etc provided. Steps from the condo are bars, food stalls, massage, live music, and the shopping district are all within walking distance. 3 mins. Q) Is the room clean? A) Its very clean, cleaned every time a guests checks out. Q) Are these photos authentic / real / representative of the space? A) Yes absolutely, the place is exactly as you see in the photos. Q) What is your size bed is it? A) Its a large queen size and could easily fit 2 people. and 2 single bed. Q) Is internet Wifi available in your condo? A) Yes, free fast wifi in common areas. Q) Does the room have Air conditioning? A) Yes, 1 in the bedroom and living room. Q) Can I use laundry machine? A) Yes. installed in room. Q) If we were to stay at your place, what do you recommend us to bring? (ex.towels, dishes, shampoo, etc.) A) I provide clean towels, hairdryer, blankets, dishes, shampoo/conditioner/soap, water, tea/coffee. You will need to bring your own personal grooming supplies i.e. toothbrush Q) Does the room have a refrigerator? A) Yes, you have a medium size refrigerator in your room and its stocked with Water. In addition there is a hot water kettle to make coffee and/or tea that is included in the room. Q) Can I check in/out late? A) I have no problem with check in/out times. The only time there may be an issue is when another guest is checking in the same day that your checking out, so please let me know when you will be arriving and departing. Q) Can I store my luggage at your house after I check out? A) Yes, absolutely, If there are no guests arriving after you. or you can use coin locker in subway. Q) Is this a private suite. A) Yes, your own apartment / condo not shared. Q) Do you have a hairdryer? A) Yes, each room has a hairdryer. Q) Do you have an iron? A) Yes, iron and ironing table is provided. We always set basically food source, rice, rice cooker, kitchen equipment in room. ★up to 3 adult 1 child people can stay ★amenities (toothbrushes, towels, a dryer) ★simple household utensils (a chopping board, a kitchen knife, stove, an electric pot) ★portable WiFi available ★TV, air conditioners, bath, toilet, washing machine, kitchen, refrigerator Using the entire house is OK. No other guests or hosts there. ★Car parking Area : In Building : 24 hours, Fee : 1000 won per 30min (accept only credit card). Public parking area behind building Fee (accept only credit card). : Mon- Sat 8AM-21PM, 600 won per 30 min. all day parking 9,000 won. Sunday and every night time - fee free. if you need car service, I can help you. I have SUV car. Located only 10 minute walk to Subway Line 4,Jungang station from condo. You can go directly from Jungang or Gozan station to Seoul station or Myeong-dong station on Subway line 4. (No transfer line) Located only 3 minute by car to Ansan Express Bus terminal from condo. Steps from the condo are bars, food stalls, live music, and the famous shopping district shopping mall (Lotte Department) and other department store(NC, Newcore) are all within walking distance 5 - 10 mins from condo. No Pet, No smoking in Room. No big party.
