Tgesa Ferrera – Mountain Residence

The "Tgesa Ferrera" is the ideal starting-point to spend your vacation in the beautiful Swiss Alps. Situated right between the two world known ski resorts Davos and Lenzerheide, you spend recreative days in this unique historic residence. Either you just stay in - spending a day in the pine wood snuggery next to the cockle stove, or you go for a hike. For skiers, the big ski resorts are waiting for you - the bus is right in front of the house. Schmitten awaits you.. The unique house disposes, although it's 15th century origins, of a modern infrastructure: WIFI, Satellite-TV, washing machine and dryer, as well as dishwasher and a glass ceramic stove are at your disposal. The staircase does not entirely fit modern standards - its steeper and the steps are sometimes smaller. If you are looking for grisons specialities, there is a butcher right in the neighboring house. For groceries you'll find a store right over the street. Guests have full-access to the whole house and all rooms incl. cellar room with kicker table. Mostly, I cannot be present as I live and work in Zurich. The neighbours - Arthur and Francis Balzer do take good care of you and are available for all kind of questions and are in charge to hand you over the keys. However, I am always available for you in case you need anything - just give me call or (Hidden by Airbnb) . There is a bus station right in front of the house, bringing you to Davos, Lenzerheide and whole Switzerland. The Bus stop is called "Schmitten (Albula) Dorf" Accomodation for 11+ persons: - 2 rooms with two single beds (4 pers.) - 1 room with a double bed (2 pers.) - 1 room with a double-bed (2 pers.) - 1 room with a double-bed and a sofa bed (3 pers) - 1 room with a sofa bed (1 pers.) - 1 sofa bed in a walk-through-room (1 pers.) - the house has a toilet, a shower (with toilet) and a bathroom (with toilet) - separate crib x a private parking (included) close to the house x washing machine and tumbler x dishwasher x Nespresso machine, micro wave x 2 TVs, phone, wireless internet, DVD, Apple TV x butchery and a grocery store next to the house x bus station right in front of the house x pine wood snuggery (Stüva) with a cockle stove x towels and sheets as well as the visitor's tax are included in the rental fee.
