Glengarriff village with its nature reserve and 'garnish Island' is 4 kilometres from our home and the main shopping town of Bantry is 15 minutes drive away. Kenmare is 25 minutes drive and our home is well placed for access to the Beara peninsula, which includes 'The sheeps head', 'The Mizen head' and 'Dursey Island and its cable car'. We are also located close to one of the Bere way walks (corrycommade) We are just off the main N71 road, on the 'wild Atlantic way' route. We are situated just over 4 kilometres from Glengarriff village but there is a national bus service at the top of our road, which can take you into Glengarriff, (Castletownbere, Kenmare,summer service only) or Bantry Just over 4 kilometres from beautiful Glengarriff village on the 'wild Atlantic way' and set in the heart of beautiful woodland overlooking Bantry Bay and the Caha Mountains. Our home provides a tranquil and peaceful setting, where you can relax, unwind and enjoy what beautiful West Cork has to offer. Our home is in a private setting but we have neighbours down our access road and due to this we cannot accommodate guests that may wish to socialise late and return very late
