The house is located in a quiet area, among rice fields, and just 300 meters from the highway. It is an ideal place to have a holiday, family bonding or to use it as a stopover for one night. Price is for a room for 2 persons, extra persons 600 peso pro person. (Up to 9 persons) Breakfast is not included but can be provided at 180 peso pro person. The house has a fenced garden an an outdoor swimming pool. For groups ( more then 9 persons) just ask special offer. (See space) Clarita - Paul As guests you have your own private room and bathroom. You can make use of the television room, the lounge and the dining room as well as the swimming pool, the garden, sitting area in the garden and barbecue. Free parking place is available but has to be reserved There are 3 rooms with beds for 9 persons. If you are a group (minimum 10 and maximum 16 persons) ask for special offer with or without breakfast. Breakfast can be served at 180 peso pro person. As guests you have, beside of your room (s), access in the house to the lining room, dining room and television room. These are sgared rooms with the owner. If you want to do some cooking inside you have to make arrangements with Clarita, wife of Paul. She will be of help. Ouside you have access to the garden and the large swiming pool. There is a covered terrasse with table and chairs, a barbecue and small cooking facillities. We live in the same house and are at your service during your stay It is a very quiet place and certainly ideal for a relaxing holiday. Our place is ideal for small groups or family bonding The best way to get around is by your own car. However, the owner can bring you to the jeepney and tricycle stand as well as to the busstation. If you are coming by bus pickup at the bus station can be arranged for free We have 3 rooms and beds for 9 persons.
