Second bedroom has double bed and the third bedroom has a single bed and an innerspring mattress for the floor. Outdoor pets are welcome, but please enquire specifically regarding the suitability of your pet. The home is located within a short walking distance to an off leash dog park. The larger park has a lot of vegetation, a pond which supports much wildlife and an exercise equipment area. Spring’s Garden Centre is across from the park in Spring St and has a lovely cafe in a garden setting where you can have a meal or coffee. Toowoomba is an easy city to navigate your way around whether it be by car, taxi , Uber or bus. There is also a bus stop on Kearney St, a short walk from where you will be staying. Within easy driving distance of many places in Toowoomba. The CBD is 7kms away , Wellcamp Airport is 15 kms away and the Toowoomba Showgrounds are 11 kms away. Kmart Plaza and Harvey Norman shopping complexes are all within 3 kms. Uni Plaza shops in West St are within easy walking distance.
