The master bedroom and bathroom are in an elegant Georgian Townhouse. This room is on the first floor with a private bathroom and tv. It has a neighbouring twin room which can be booked for an additional fee. The elegant bathroom is entirely for your use. On the ground floor there is a well equipped kitchen that leads to a sitting room where you can dine or relax next to a roaring fire. This leads out to a sunny mediterranean courtyard. Set in the heart of Castle Cary within walking distance of all the shops, pubs and restaurants, this historic townhouse has everything you need for a great and memorable stay. There are also wonderful countryside walks straight off the high st. Magnificent fireplaces, original artwork, antique furniture, rugs and sculpture, we also provide a continental breakfast of local goodies, local bread, butter, jam milk, coffee and tea. We also invite you to use our wonderful sunny Mediterranean courtyard complete with wood fired pizza oven. You are welcome to use the oven yourselves on request and on Friday and Saturday nights we fire delicious sourdough pizza which we serve. We live close by and so can assist with any help you may need; be it reservations, taxis, recommendations or whatever we can help.
