It was then enlarged in (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) for family needs and had finally undergone an extensive renovation in (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) The inner surface is (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) m ^ 2 split on 3 levels. On the ground floor there is a spacious entrance, a reading room, a game room with a billiard and table football, a living area, with fireplace, connected to a large dining room also with fireplace, two half-bathrooms, a large kitchen with breakfast room and a laundry. A private consecrated chapel completes the ground floor and can be opened only in case of guests renting with the intent of getting married. On the first floor there are 11 bedrooms, 2master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one with boudoir, walk in closet and bathroom with hot tub, a triple bedroom with en-suite bathroom and other 8 rooms (2 single rooms, 4 twin rooms, 2 doubles) for every two of which there is a bathroom and a very big bathroom with Jacuzzi. A small well equipped kitchen and a large living room with a flat-screen tv, dvd player, digital terrestrial, a grand piano and a fireplace complete the first floor. On the second floor we have 5 more bedrooms (4 doubles, 1 twin) and 2 bathrooms shared in between the bedrooms. There is a wide and sunny terrace with views over the surrounding area, Lucca's mountains, fields, Gello, San Giuliano Terme and the garden for every guest to enjoy. An area adjacent to the indoor game room features a large garage with bikes (10adults, 1child, 1teenage size) for the guests, a tennis table and a covered lounge. Moving on to the front garden there is a large gravel area with a big lounge covered with parasols, outdoor tables and chairs plus a barbecue. Lemons pots delimit this area and continuing in the garden you will find a variety of trees, a swing and after a few metres the swimming pool (13 x 8 - depth from 1.20 m to 2.80 m) there is a path that connects the House to the pool but you can reach it also walking in the beautiful garden, the swimming pool area features sun loungers for guests, lounges on the side with parasols and a small house with a kitchenette and full bathroom. The pool area is equipped with boose speakers + aux-in to play your music. Behind the pool and next to are respectively a tennis court with lighting, if guests want to play at night, and a football pitch. If you decide to stay you'll have private and exclusive access to the property and all the amenities available.
