It is in the ground floor of the house and it has direct access to the garden where you can relax with a cup of tea or coffee. Our house is located on a street with single-family houses. We have nearby neighborhood stores, a market, a library. A 10 minute walk we have a shopping center with all kinds of shops and cinemas. Our place is also near the World Trade Center Almeda. Our house is located in a very well connected neighborhood. Nearby we have metro, bus, tram and train. We are 15 minutes from Plaza Cataluña and 15 minutes from Plaza España. Bus 77 connects us directly to the airport. The neighborhood has parking options about 5 minutes from our house.
