Sea side, Ex-Embassy residence near Stockholm city

Close to Stockholm you will find this sea side mansion from 1909. After being rented as a Embassy residence it is now open for you to enjoy. All floors offers a breath-taking panorama over the Baltic Sea the inlet to Stockholm. It is a true sea side property with a private jetty and a boat lift. The owners 6,4 meter motor boat may be used at a small extra charge. It will take you to the Old Town of Stockholm in 20 minutes, with it´s many restaurant, historical buildings and Royal Palace. Why not take the motor boat and visit one of many seaside restaurants? You can also take the local ferry in to the Old Town or out to the archipelago. The ferry stop is on walking distance from the villa. The ferry takes 45 minutes to the Old Town of Stockholm. There is also a multiple choice of nice ports and islands in the archipelago to visit. The Stockholm archipelago is very large with 24 000 islands, with many charming small villages. One close attraction is the Yasuragi Spa, a luxury japanese style spa. The Yasuragi Spa is 3 km from the villa. For your disposal are three kayaks and also wind surfing board. The large garden of 7000 sq meter offers a private boule court. The outside jacuzzi, put in place in december 2019, is overlooking the Baltic Sea and the inlet to Stockholm. The house is situated in Kummelnäs, Nacka, which is only 15 km from the citycenter of Stockholm and the old town. It takes about 25 minutes to drive to the Old Town. A car may be included in the rent after special agreement. In Stockholm you can visit the Abba museum, the Wasa ship and enjoy long, bright summernights. The house covers 3 floors with kitchen and double living rooms on ground floor. On the ground floor there is also a gym-area with sauna and spinning cycle and a foosball table. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a room with washing machine and dryer. On the second floor (top floor) there is bedroom number 4 and a wc. On the second floor there is also a huge bedroom number 5 with open fire place and small kitchen with dish washer, refrigerator. The room on the top floor opens up to a balcony with a fantastic view. If you want you can also rent the sea side villa that is situated directly by the jetty. It is about 100 meter between the seaside cabin and the villa. The seaside cabin was completely renovated 2017 with open fire place, new kitchen, wine cooler etc. It has 1 bedroom and 1 bedsofa (double) in the living room and it sleeps 4 persons. An extra jacuzzi with shower can be found next to the seaside house.. The rent for the sea side cabin is 200 pounds extra per night, or 1 000 pounds per week. Villa and seaside cabin sleeps 14 persons.
