Lilac Apartment in Lunigiana

Beautiful apartment newly restructured. It is part of a 15th century building divided into 6 apartments on the upper part of a small medieval village. It has 2 bed rooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen with living room and private table in the garden next to pool. It overlooks the park and the swimming pool. IN JULY AND AUGUST WE ONLY RENT WEEKLY FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. From the Lilac apartment you can access directly to the park and to a reserved area right in front of the pool with a big table where you can have breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The flat has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds, both with private batrooms. In the living room there is a sofa bed that can accomodate 2 people more if necessary. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwash and all that is needed for perfect cooking and eating. In the apartment, as in any other at Spinosecco, a free wifi service and satellite tv are available. You will have total access to the pool, the big garden, the barbecue and the private parking lot. We will always be available because we live in the property. The village of Mulazzo is a medieval cool and calm place far away from the crowd. It is about 30 minutes away from Cinque Terre and it is nested on the upper part of a hill wich gives a dramatic view to the valley of the Magra river. It is necessary to have a car to get to the property and to move around. Spinosecco is the ideal place to go the the beautiful beaches of Cinque Terre and Versilia.
