A new very private beach house that is only 150M from the white sand of Eagle Bay Beach. This home has been designed with large entertaining areas both inside and outside. Enjoy lush green lawns and a private garden with outside shower. This house has all the amenities to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We have Foxtel, Apple TV, NBN, WiFi, SONOS, Home Theatre Room. Also available Coffee machine, Zip tap filtered water (hot & cold), Ice machine, 2 X paddle ski, 2 X SUP. Our beach house is beautifully appointed with large external/internal entertaining areas and a private garden with an outside stone wall shower. So close to the beach yet private with all the modern facilities you need. The large modern kitchen includes a barista coffee machine, filtered zip tap hot/cold water and ice maker. Its the perfect holiday home for a weekend getaway or family holiday. There is a double car garage and space for another 4 vehicles. We also have a person available in Dunsborough who can attend to any issues that may arise. Eagle Bay is a small quiet location surrounded by large nature reserves. The pure white sandy beaches and crystal clean waters make for a stunning landscape. You will need a vehicle to get to shops and to make the most of the area. Eagle Bay’s main attraction is the beach in the warmer months but it also has beautiful walks (tracks) to Bunker Bay, Meelup Beach and Castle Rock. Eagle Bay is also a short drive to Yallingup for some of the best surfing conditions in the South West. There are also many wineries within 30 minutes drive where you can enjoy lunch and sample some of the state’s finest wines.
