The lounge, dining & kitchen area are all together - open plan offering sofa, two arm chairs, dining table for up to 6, breakfast bar with 2 stools and a fully equiped kitchen. There is a small ground floor lobby with space for shoes and coat hanging before taking the stairs up to the apartment. Access to the property is via a gravel drive from the high street and the entrance door is tucked behind El Castello Restaurant. There is an allocated parking space but the driveway is narrow so only really suitable for smaller cars. Driving in and reversing out are the only options as there is no turning space. However there is availablity to park on the high street very close to the apartment and also a public car park just behind. The stairs up to the apartment have quite narrow treads and are open at the top so care is needed when mounting the stairs. Sadly these factors make the property unsuitable for disabled people or for small children.
